Caci are skin treatment and appearance enhancement professionals that have operated nationwide for over 20 years. Their goal was to create a site that allowed new and existing customers to discover Caci clinics, products, treatments and skincare information.

To cater for both existing and new clients, the new Caci website was designed to be both a service and information website.
Caci offers many skin and beauty treatment options via either physical products or treatments at one of their clinics. We enabled customers to easily search via the Caci website for treatment options with the ability to request a consultation, purchace Caci gift vouchers or order products online
Caci wanted to be able to provide customers with information regarding any questions they have related to skin and appearance. We created an information registry where customers can find information via categories for any skin concerns which are linked back to Caci services and products as treatment options to increase customer conversion
Growing the Caci Brand
Caci needed to provide franchising information to help expand their business with new stores throughout New Zealand. To do this we created a clean franchise information page linked from the website footer. This page allowed anyone interested in setting up a franchise to watch videos, read basic information and contact Caci for more information or a meeting.
